When it comes to health and pregnancy, you can never start too early. The healthier you are, the healthier your baby will be. And, once you’re expecting, you will have to make some changes in your daily life to stay as healthy as possible.

For example, you’ll need to eat more. Now is a great time to pay more attention to feeding yourself and your family. And, while it’s important to stay physically active, you might have to moderate your choices of activity.
