Physical Activity for Adults

Would you invest 10 minutes of your time in something that would make you look better, feel better, get sick less often, and possibly live longer? Because a half hour of strenuous exercise – 10 minutes, three times a day – is all you need to spend to get the benefits of regular physical activity.
