Healthy Eating for Adults

A recent survey turned up a curious fact about British Columbians: rates of overweight and obesity are on the rise, but most of us don’t eat enough from all of the four food groups every day!

What’s happening is we’re eating lots of food, but we’re not always making the most nutritious choices. For example, as many as 80 per cent of us don’t eat enough fruits and vegetables and most of us don’t get enough milk products to keep our bones and teeth strong.

The good news is that a few simple changes can get us all on the road to better health. Click the links below for tips and advice that can help you feel better, have more energy and get more out of life.
